Teachers’ Day Celebration – Honouring Our Guiding Lights

Teachers’ Day was celebrated with heartfelt respect, love and appreciation for our teachers. The programme began with a solemn prayer ceremony, followed by the teachers’ pledge before the portrait of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. The pledge reflected the teachers’ commitment to caring for and nurturing every child, helping each one grow into a responsible, capable and compassionate citizen while becoming a better individual.

The celebrations continued with students’ performances, speeches and a variety of cultural programmes, which captivated and delighted the teachers. The entertainment was followed by fun games organised by the PTA, adding joy and laughter to the occasion. A sumptuous lunch and thoughtful gifts brought the celebrations to a warm and memorable close.

The day was a beautiful expression of gratitude towards teachers and a reminder that the future of our country rests in the hands of well-informed, kind and progressive teachers, who shape young minds and inspire them to become better individuals and responsible citizens.
