● Progress Reports will be published after every test / Examinations during the academic year. Answer sheets must be duly signed by the parents / guardian and returned to the school.
● Promotion to the next class will be determined on the basis of the performance throughout the year with due weightage for the different tests / examinations. Answer papers of the other tests / Examinations will be sent to the parents / guardians and it has to be duly signed and returned promptly to the school. Answer sheets of the Final Examinations will not be given to the parents / guardians.
● Promotion of a pupil is decided by the Principal in consultation with the teachers. Promotion once decided, will not be reconsidered.
● No student will be promoted to the next class unless she has an attendance of 80%.
● If a pupil is absent for a Test / Examination, the average will be calculated on the total number of Tests / examinations conducted during that year irrespective of the reason for her being absent.
