INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION
Details required to fill the Online Registration Form
1. Student’s name, date of birth, place of birth and parents’ name should be filled correctly in
the form as it appears in the student’s birth certificate. Editing will not be allowed after
submitting the Application Form.
2. It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked (*) in red. In case a field is not applicable to
you please mention NA (Not Applicable).
3. The following Original Scanned Documents of the student must be uploaded in PDF
format:
Birth Certificate (Mandatory)
Aadhaar (Mandatory)
Caste Certificate issued in the name of the child (If candidate belongs to SC/ST or OBC)
4. An incomplete application form will be automatically rejected.
5. After making the payment, you must submit the following Documents to the School Office
before the last date mentioned on the school website.
Documents:
◈ A print out of the Registration form.
◈ Copy of the Birth Certificate issued from the Corporation with the Student’s name printed
on it (English).
◈ Copy of the Baptism Certificate for Roman Catholics / Church Certificate for Christians.
◈ Copy of the Caste Certificate issued in the name of the pupil. (if applicable)
◈ Copy of the Pupil’s AADHAAR CARD.
POINTS TO NOTE:
1. Processing of the application will take place only after the Registration form along with
the required documents is submitted to the school.
2. Selected students will receive an email from school office and their names will be
displayed on the school Notice board.
3. Recommendation for admission will strictly not be entertained.
4. Admission is subject to the discretion of the Management and the decision will be final
and binding.
Admission for Std 1 – Std V will be open Online on January 20 th , 2026 and will be available
till February 10 th , 2026.
